About our Presenters
Hanson Do – Product Manager, IT Glue
Hanson brings deep technical product knowledge to his role as Product Manager. This intimate understanding of IT Glue’s underpinnings and the needs of MSP’s is invaluable when developing IT Glue’s roadmap for core documentation behaviour. Since joining the Glue Crew in 2016, he’s been involved with the design and testing of a wide range of product features, including GlueConnect and the recently launched Vault.
Travis Brittain – Sales Engineer, IT Glue
Travis’ passion for technology lead him to Fully Managed, an MSP in Western Canada where his drive for process and clarity made a perfect fit to work on their new project: re-packaging their internal documentation tool to be sold as a SaaS platform. Later this platform became known as IT Glue, the world’s leading documentation solution. In 2016, Travis moved to IT Glue full-time and over the past several years has held multiple roles including Support Analyst, Partner Success Manager, and now Sales Engineer.
Anya Perelyhina – Product Manager, IT Glue
With IT Glue since early 2019 Anya is a results-oriented, customer-driven professional with extensive experience in digital product development and business process improvement. With exposure to work in both corporate and start-up environments, she combines project and product skills with instrumental knowledge in data analytics. A core part of Anya’s accomplishments with the GlueCrew is related to NetworkGlue, a solution that detects all devices on your clients’ networks regardless of vendor, discovers Active Directory environments including the AD role of each workstation and server, and automatically brings in AD users from on-premises or hybrid environments.
