Dave, with a little help from fellow CIC Director Chris Chisholm who is a Cloud Solution Architect-Modern Workplace at Microsoft’s Calgary office, will share their experience and knowledge using Copilot over the past several months and we will also learn from others experience, questions and feedback using Copilot.

- Learn how Copilot helps reduce time spent reviewing key points in Teams meetings.
- Learn how Copilot can help manage time spent dealing with email messages.
- Learn how Copilot can help IT Professionals and MSPs document instructions and internal KB articles.
- Learn about some of the pitfalls and gotchas of generative AI.

Dave Fulton
