2023 marks our 15th year as a registered not-for-profit association. We are required to hold an Annual Meeting to approve the Minutes of our Annual Meeting held on February 6th, 2023 and Special Member Meeting held March 2022, to receive reports of the President, Officers and Committees, appoint Auditors for 2023 and elect new Directors for 2024.
Details of our 2023 Annual Meeting are provided below. Guests are welcome to attend our meeting at no cost. However, you must be a current Regular or Student member in good standing in order to vote.
