Dear CIC Members,
2024 marks our 16th year as a registered not-for-profit association. We are required to hold an Annual Meeting to:
- Approve Minutes of our 2023 Annual Meeting(s);
- Receive reports of the President, Officers and Committees;
- Appoint Chair and member(s) of the Audit Committee for 2024; and
- Elect new Directors for 2024 (2 Year Terms commencing March 1924 – except one who will be a candidate for a 1 Year Term commencing March 2024 to fill a vacancy of a recently retired Director who resigned after 1 Year).
The 2024 Annual Meeting of Members of the Calgary IT Pro Community Association will be held:

- Current CIC Members: FREE
- Guests & Future CIC Members: FREE admission for registered guests attending the Annual Meeting. Note: Separate registration is required for educational session sponsored by N-Able | Cove Data Protection
Dues:
- New CIC Regular Member Dues: $ 100 (Mar to Dec 31 2024)
- New CIC Student Member Dues: $ 20 (Mar to Dec 31 2024) – Valid Student ID required
